It’s estimated that 10% of all Canadians have a British Home Child ancestor in their family tree.
The difficulty lies in identifying them in public documents and hunting down their stories. The MoD Archivist will lead you through the process of finding a Home Child placed in Dufferin County. You will learn tips and tricks for learning more about their placements and stories. $15 + HST per participant. Registration is required.
